Refund policy

 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to return your item/s.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in all its original packaging (e.g. plastic bags). Please note, we can not accept returns on opened shirts.

Label Provided for a Fee

Return labels are provided for a flat rate fee of $14.99. Simply choose Pre-paid Label in our RETURN PORTOL and you'll receive an email with further instructions. 

 

Return Shipping With Carrier

Customers are responsible for shipping the items back to us and to cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend that all returns be sent with a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Please keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that it has been delivered to our warehouse.The address for our warehouse is:

Free Drop Off Point in Cleveland

We provide a free drop off spot for returns in Lakewood. To drop off your return  you must have a 'Return Approved' email- RETURNS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED WITHOUT IT!! Please ensure that the package box/bag you drop off is clearly labeled 'THESUITERIE.COM RETURN' so it doesn't get misplaced and you receive your refund. 

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

We currently DO NOT accept returns on any Boys or Mens Shirts unless they are in ALL neatly packaged in their original packaging. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale / clearance items or gift cards.
 
Shipping is non-refundable. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
